Sebastian Rausch

Sebastian is an economist and the head of the ZEW’s Environmental and Climate Economics Research Unit. He is a professor at Heidelberg University, where he is also co-director of the Research Centre for Environmental Economics. Sebastian’s interest focuses on the evaluation of economic policy measures and the design of emissions and energy markets to mitigate climate change and design sustainable energy systems.
