The webinar will take place 21 February 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm CET and feature the following presentations:

- Anna-Magdalena Schwarz (Central European University) – “The Gendered Nature of In-Work Poverty in Europe”
- Daria Popova (ISER, University of Essex) – “Women’s Individual Poverty Risk in the EU: The Role of Labour Market Characteristics and Tax-Benefit Policies” (co-authors Katrin Gasior, SASPRI, and Silvia Avram, ISER)
- Fabrizio Pompei (University of Perugia) – “Reforms and In-Work Poverty in the EU” (co-author Cristiano Perugini, University of Perugia, IZA)
- Ive Marx (University of Antwerp) – “In-Work Poverty: What Can Policy Do?”
The event will begin with a welcome and introduction by Cristiano Perugini (University of Perugia and IZA). Each presentation will be followed by a discussion.
